Heh. I'm the same way. As far as fan gear goes, I'm somewhat late to the party this year. I just got one of those Hawaiian (supposedly?) necklace thingys in black, red and gold and a crazy silly "afro" wig after the Argentina game. My brother, though, actually managed to get his hands on (= pay a ridiculous amount of money for) the pretty pretty black Adidas jerseys of the national team. I really want one of those myself but of course they're sold out completely. Now I have to see, none of my friends here is really into the world cup ( except the argentinians;-)) and since Sweden didn't even make it to the world cup there is no public viewing either! I am usually not a big soccer fan (and I don't really follow the <i> Bundesliga </i>), but when the European or World Championships come around, everything changes. I get really excited about the games and become very patriotic :) J and I have some German fan stuff that we wear for the games (and yes, you read that right... J is rooting for Germany as well :)). I am so excited about tomorrow.
